In accordance to French government decisions related to the covid-19, we inform you that a valid vaccination pass* is mandatory for any person aged 16 years old and over, and a heath pass* is mandatory for a child aged fom 12 to 15 years old to access the services of the hotel: restaurants, bars, wellness area and fitness room.
* These pass will be scanned by us upon your arrival.

Who is concerned for the vaccination pass?
Since January 24, 2022, the “vaccination pass” concerns anyone over the age of 16.
For which areas of the hotel will I need the vaccination pass from January 24, 2022?
You will need it to access to the pool, the restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner), the wellness area and the fitness room.
What can I present as a vaccination pass from January 24, 2022?
- The QR code of your complete vaccination schedule, booster dose included within the time limit for people from 18 years and 1 month who are eligible for it (via the TousAntiCovid application) or on paper
- A Covid-19 recovery certificate dating back at least 11 days and less than 6 months.
- A certificate of medical contraindication preventing vaccination. The people concerned are thus issued by their doctor a document that can be presented in places, services, establishments and events where the “vaccination pass” is required.
Who will be able to check my vaccination pass?
The reception team, using the official application “Tous anti-covid verif” will be authorized to carry out the check upon your arrival.
Do my children need to show the health pass?
Children under 12 are not affected. 12-15 year old must present a valid health pass with the possibility of presenting a PCR or antigen test dated less than 24h: this test is not necessary to recover your room but will be useful for dinner at the restaurant occasionally for example.
Will the vaccination pass & the health pass (children from 12 to 15 years old) be compulsory for breakfast?
Yes, our breakfast is served in the dining room as a buffet. The vaccination pass & the health pass will therefore be compulsory from January 24, 2022.
Will the vaccination pass & the health pass (children aged 12 to 15) be compulsory for lunch or dinner, even on the terrace?
Yes, from January 24, 2022.
Is wearing a mask still compulsory in the hotel?
Yes, wearing a mask remains compulsory throughout the castle grounds, for our teams as well as for yourself.
